Key Outcomes
- ✓Delivered a secure, high-density colocation environment across 60,000 sq ft in California
- ✓Integrated precision raised floor and overhead cable management for operational flexibility
- ✓Designed staff support environments that sustain continuous 24/7 operations teams
- ✓Achieved seamless zonal separation between data hall infrastructure and occupied staff areas
A high-density colocation data center in California, integrating precision-engineered server hall infrastructure with refined staff support environments across 60,000 square feet.
This carrier-neutral colocation facility was designed to deliver resilient hosting solutions within a highly controlled and technically demanding environment. The project encompassed the comprehensive design of both mission-critical data hall infrastructure and the operational staff support zones that sustain round-the-clock facility management.
The design mandate was clear: create a facility capable of housing high-density computing loads while simultaneously providing an operationally efficient and ergonomically considered environment for the engineering and operations teams who manage it. Both functions were treated with equal rigor throughout the design process.
Precision planning governed every spatial decision from raised floor systems and overhead cable management within the data halls, to the layout of breakout areas, collaborative lounges, and kitchen amenities that support continuous staff presence on site.
