One of San Francisco's largest corporate interior programmes, delivering a 600,000 sq ft workplace environment that integrates sophisticated collaboration ecosystems, branded environments, and high-density operational floors across a major downtown campus.
This landmark corporate interior project ranks among the most extensive workplace fitout programmes delivered in San Francisco. The scope encompassed a complete interior transformation from executive floors and client-facing engagement centres to high-density operational open plans, employee amenity networks, and specialist collaboration environments.
The workplace strategy was built around activity-based working principles, with the full spectrum of individual, collaborative, social, and focused work modes supported through a layered spatial system. Each neighbourhood within the larger campus was developed with its own identity while remaining legible as part of the unified organization.
Delivery was coordinated across multiple phases within a live occupied campus, requiring meticulous programming and logistics management to maintain business continuity throughout the construction process.
